Leo Díaz Díaz: After a long journey and having carried out many different activities, this has been the last one. Reflecting with my team we have realized the big difference from when we started to now. You can see it reflected in the blog and even in the activities themselves. We have developed much more effective group dynamics than we had at the beginning and we have also been able to improve many things that were wrong at the beginning. By making a rubric in this task we have enhanced one of the skills that for me is most important as teachers. To be able to evaluate something and establish criteria for it is complicated. It requires a great deal of analysis and synthesis of the content to evaluate. It is very important that we have a defined criterion and that we are coherent with our way of evaluating. For that, this activity has helped us a lot. However, I think we have been quick in doing it because we already had patterns acquired from an activity we did a few weeks ago where we also had to make a rubric. As for my role this week I had to be a journalist so I also tried to document the process to do the activity. This week I would like to highlight the great instrospection that we have done as a group to try to give the best of us in the last days of the course. Our duty as teachers is to offer a quality education and in particular to evaluate students correctly. Currently, in Spain I think that an evaluation adapted to each student is not offered and that it is done from very general and not very inclusive terms.
As discussed in this article of the Spanish newspaper "La razon" we have to do a major reconstruction of the way to evaluate and leave aside the poor evaluation. It´s time to "...evaluate educational evaluation" (Gentili, 2014), strengthen the culture of participation and evaluation of public policies, and prevent the evaluative euphoria that "harms our children and impoverishes our classrooms" from consolidating:

María Mansilla Jiménez-Alfaro:This last task, task 10, in my opinion has seemed very important and interesting, in it having created the different rubrics of the roles that we have been doing throughout the quarter, I think that to a certain extent we have realized both our strengths, as well as our ebilidates in the different parts of the roles. The group has worked very well, we understood all the concepts and we shared all our ideas to carry out the activity. Something I liked was that we got together with the different groups in the class, so to create a general rubric as to expose our rubric and then give feedbacks of our colleagues' blogs. I think it is very important to observe our colleagues and receive both criticism and praise from them, to learn from them as they do from us. In my opinion we have learned a lot and advanced, we have been able to correct our mistakes and help each other with the work.I think all my colleagues have come a long way and have been improving,we have known a lot of tools to work and our work dynamics have changed thanks to that, we also know each other more so we have more confidence to be more objective with each other and accept both positive and negative reviews.
Cesar Narros Martinez : This task has been of great help to us both as a group and on a personal level. Through it we have learned to evaluate by means of rubrics, at the beginning I saw these as something unnecessary and even useless. Now I have realized the value they have and the usefulness of applying them in an evaluation process. Perhaps in my opinion this task should not be the last one , in the blog the role of the analyst has to evaluate his colleagues , if this task had been before the analyst could have made a rubric with the aspects or objectives of the task to make a better evaluation . As for the performance on the task, it has been good. Being the last task was a task that a priori was going to take us less time to perform. This has its good and bad points. On the one hand it has been a simple task but that does not take away how useful it will be to know these concepts in the future. On the other hand, since it is not so complicated, maybe we have been thinking more about the video of the final exam than about this last task. Even so I am very happy with the work that my group has done both throughout the year and in this last task.
Enrique Nicolás Martínez: When doing several assignments during the course, this assignment has been the tenth and last assignment we have done in the course during this period of time. The task, as we already know, consisted of creating rubrics to evaluate the aspects that we consider most important to take into account with respect to the roles that the teacher assigned us by groups.
I would like to highlight the work we have done as each one individually and as a group since this task consisted, for the most part, in launching a wave of ideas in relation to what each one of us thought in order to take the best of each one and make a brief description of each method at the time of evaluation.
The fact of working with these tools and taking into account how we are going to observe, analyze and qualify the work of the rest, makes us have a predisposition and keep in touch with one of the most important tasks within the qualities that a teacher must have, since in the future, the role that we are going to play is going to be the same, that of having to deal with a lot of works, projects, exams, exercises, etc. in which we are going to elaborate different methods and aspects at the time of evaluating correctly the abilities of each student and above all also, to know how to communicate it to them so that they are conscious of how they are going to be qualified since it is of great importance for the person whose work or task is going to be analyzed, to know and to know how we are going to govern this process and what is the most important thing in the work that is going to be done so that thanks to it he works in what is really needed and evolves and develops correctly.
Here I founded a publication that talks a little bit about the importance of evaluating work and what beneficts can provide:

As for my feelings about the task, I enjoyed the process a lot thanks to the cooperation and sharing thoughts that we have had during the development of this as a group because having more points of view and the fact that what we evaluated were roles and qualities that we ourselves have also made from the point of view of the student and the work itself, we have been able to reflect and realize how it is to be in each situation and how we have been able to develop the work.
Lastly, as a group I think over the course, we have improve a lot as a group and individually according to our way of developing each task and also according to facing a lot of concepts and acquiring them correctly. Furthermore we have taking more into account every detail of the task with the fact of trying to improve ourselves in every work and make our elaborations better and better as we can.
Jorge Nicolás Martínez: This has been the last task of the course, it has been a very difficult challenge to work in groups and to develop an activity each week. However, I think I have learned a lot of things which are going to help me in my personal development. This time I have been the analyst, which is the role that demands the most effort from us. I have tried to include socio critical reflection, to be sincere in analysing the work of my classmates and also mine during this week and to include some extra information which, in my opinion, is really interesting. This task asked us to create a rubric that could correctly evaluate the different roles that we have been performing throughout the course. I think we made a good rubric together, although it was not easy at all. The best part was that we were able to improve it by merging it with another group's rubric, so we were able to create a better one.
From this task I have learned that the criteria we should follow to evaluate our students has to be the best possible, and we should try to find the most correct way to evaluate the students depending on the task they perform. This week we could have improved in some aspects, in some parts of the rubric the blog was not evaluated at all well, but what they do that role during the task, which is impossible to evaluate because we do not know everything that each student does. I should also mention that I have learned to use google forms and google excel, which, although they are not complex tools, they are very useful. In general, we have worked well during this course, we have been improving progressively and we have learned a lot.
