By default, offline (or manual) donation is disabled.
All cash and cheques must be received by the ANCOP Head Office before enabling offline donations.
For Cash Donations
If you have multiple donations, consolidate them into one Interac transfer. Send the details later. (See Step 5.)
Do an Interac transfer: accounting@ancopcanada.org
Take note of your transaction / confirmation number.
Set the default security answer to vaw2021
For Cheque Donations
Send the cheque to your Area finance volunteer / ANCOP Coordinator
Allow 3 to 5 business days for cheque clearance.
If Offline Donation is disabled or not available in Donor Drive, request Bro Ralph Morales via email at ralph.morales@ancopcanada.org to enable offline donation. You will receive a notification once it is activated.
Process your offline donation. One transaction per donor. See the instructions below.
Once you have finished your offline donation, let Bro Ralph Morales know via email at ralph.morales@ancopcanada.org.
If you have multiple entries/donations, include in your email the summary list (just the name and amount).

Log in to your Fundraiser Portal.
Click Donation > Add Offline Donation
On the Offline Donation, enter the amount and supporters information.
If Cheque, please select "Check" and bank & cheque number. For example: TD4123, BMO45784
Finish by clicking ADD DONATION.
