How Do You Get FORMS To Students?
1.Put Links On A Class Webpage or school shared server
2. Push links to Forms via Google Classroom Assignments or Announcements. Link to Forms in your Google Drive, Or, create Forms from
within Classroom as you create assignments.
3.Put Links On Media Center Pages
4. Create a tiny URL to make sharing long URL's easier. Use any of the URL shorteners below.:
5.Create a Sites homepage for your Google Workspace account; link Forms to the SITES page:
group the Forms by topic, assignments, or units of study
create subpages on your Sites page for each grade level (or subject) taught
teach students to visit your Sites website for resources, links to Forms that have assignments, reviews, quizzes, etc.
6. Instead of linking to a Form, embed a Form on a webpage. If embedded, the Form appears larger on the webpage, and visitors to the
page can type directly on the Form. Students can fill out the Form right on the SITES page, without leaving it.
7.Create a Google Doc with links to Forms, and publish the Doc; publishing a Doc makes it a "live" webpage, and links to Forms
will work. Students can access the published Doc with browsers.
8.Share a Doc within your domain; make it "view only"; include links
9. Email Links to Forms to others - If you do email with your students, email links to various Forms to the students.
10 . Add links inside blogs and instant messages

to collect bookmarks to share. Create bookmarks that point to the Forms you wish to have the students use.
12. Use Edmodo or similar site
13. Create a WORD document, add links, and post on the shared school network that is housed within your domain (within your school's
Google Workspace account.)
