REQUIREMENTS
All participants (maximum number of participants: 8) are required to have:
a good command of the sup in open waters (sea, lake)
a good confidence in swimming in deep water
a medical certificate on their good health for non-competitive water sports activities

Afternoon: Arrival Group Beginners in Verona/Pescantina, accommodation in dormitory, base camp dinner
SUNDAY 21 APRIL
Morning - Lesson 1 (beginners): preparation and analysis of equipment
Afternoon - Lesson 2 (beginners): stand up paddling in Peschiera VR, Garda lake
Evening: base camp dinner
MONDAY 22 APRIL
Morning - Lesson 3 (beginners): theory and practice of river stand up paddling
Afternoon - Lesson 4 (beginners): stand up paddling Adige river, 10km
Afternoon: Arrival Group Practitioners in Verona/Pescantina, accommodation in dormitory
Evening: base camp dinner
TUESDAY 23 APRIL
Morning - Lesson 5 (intermediate): theory and practice of river stand up paddling
Afternoon - Lesson 6 (intermediate): stand up paddling Adige river, 10km
Evening: base camp dinner
WEDNESDAY 24 APRIL
Morning: stand up paddling Adige river through Verona city, 10km
Afternoon: free (the guide is available for exercises on the river)
Evening: base camp dinner
THURSDAY 25 APRIL
Morning at 8h: leaving Pescantina to reach 45th International Tiber Descent in Umbertide PG, Umbria region

VENUE & BASE CAMP
Base camp for overnight stay and self-managed equipped kitchen: Canoa Club Pescantina
We sleep in a mixed dormitory with 4x2 bunk beds (includes bed linen and blanket)
Breakfast: everyone prepares what they prefer
Lunch: everyone eats something light they prefer
Dinner: self-cooking or common cooking
Parking, storage and refrigerator available for participants
PRICES
Beginners: 400 euro (past participants: 250 euro)
Practitioners: 200 euro (past participants: 130 euro)
Rental of board, paddle, leash, helmet, pfd: 50euro/day
