Kimberly Maldonado

My name is Kimberly Maldonado and I am a fourth year student majoring in International Business. One of my favorite foods I enjoy eating is a Korean dish called Kimbap. Looks similar to sushi but it is quite different! There are different types and flavors but I mostly enjoy eating the beef kimbap :)

I was inspired to write a proposal for a Korean street food truck for my research paper because as a K-foodie myself, I get cravings for Korean foods and snacks. Unlike having access of going to Koreatown in L.A., I can rarely find some good Korean places around campus.
