This is another of my favorite foods. I think I just love foods with a ton of cream and butter...

Raita

This is another dish I really love, although it is best enjoyed in the summer, when its hot. Its a cooling mix of plain yogurt and fresh vegetables like cucumber, chilies and onion. Its super satisfying and delicious to eat with rice or naan!
