Hello Everybody!!

Growing up I was constantly surrounded by Mexican food that my mother cooked and within my community. It was only through school or fast food places that I got introduced to other cultures' food. In my home, we can't live without tortillas which I thoroughly enjoy in Enchiladas, Tacos Dorados, and one of my favorites Chiles Rellenos. 

My Interests 

One of my main interests is spending time with family/dogs and math, specifically, dealing with numbers. Which is why I am currently majoring in International Business with a minor in Accounting.  When I was younger, I would constantly ask my mother for help with my homework, but she didn't know how to help me with any other subject other than math. Which is where my love for math arises from,  because it allowed me to spend more time with my family. Furthermore, an additional thing I have an interest in is organization. I am constantly organizing my rooms or that of others in seek of the most efficient and productive spaces.
