My interests within this class revolve around my upbringing around agricultural and the history that my family has within agricultural. My grandfather came to America to work in the fields as a Migrant worker and my entire family worked in the fields without question. It was not up for debating wether or not my aunts, cousins, and uncles would work in the field because they had no choice. Food has a very special place within my heart and having the opportunity to learn more about how other culture precieve and value food is somthing that I hope to expand my knowledge on.
