My name is Sydney An and I am a 4th year studying International Business.
I am Korean American. I grew up in Arizona, a state where there is very little Asian influence. However, I spoke Korean to my parents and was able to enjoy traditional Korean dishes at home.
I lived in Korea for a year during the peak of Covid and my favorite dish to eat was Kimchijigae, a spicy stew made with Kimchi, tofu, meat, and other vegetables.
