A HAP form allows you to book a hotel without having to pay for the hotel out of pocket. The hotel cost will be billed directly to the speed code you have entered into the HAP form. Central receives your HAP form and will generate a HAP number that you will receive by email.

There are a limited number of hotels that can be booked/paid for using a HAP form. Please see the HAP Hotel List.

If the city you are visiting is not listed in the HAP Hotel List, you will need to pay for your hotel and submit a travel claim once you return.
