A TAP form allows you to book a flight without having to pay for the flight out of pocket. It will bill the flight to the speed code you have entered into the TAP form. Central receives your TAP form and will generate a TAP number that you will use to book your flight.

You MUST have your travel approved before completing the TAP form — the TAP form is NOT administered by the Mike Petryk School of Dentistry.

Once you have received your TAP number (by email) you are ready to book your flight.
You can either:
