This fund supports research in foundational and applied orthodontic research. Research proposals should focus on foundational, translational or clinical research related to advancing orthodontics.
Priority Areas
Investigations exploring the role of upper airway/breathing patterns and/or neuromuscular function in craniofacial morphology.
Investigations exploring the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of craniofacial growth abnormalities.
Investigations exploring odontogenic abnormalities related to orthodontic diagnosis/treatment.
Investigations exploring diagnostic imaging related to orthodontic diagnosis and treatment.
Community engagement and education research projects are not eligible for these funds.
