1. Point Mugu Beach
It’s a lengthy drive out to this beach, which is just outside the Ventura County boundary, but the reward is a dramatic, rocky beachfront with some of Southern California’s most beautiful sunsets.
After a stroll in the nearby state park, you may cool down in the surf.
2. Robert H. Meyer Memorial State Beach
El Pescador, La Piedra, and El Matador beaches are among the lesser segments of shoreline on this huge state beach.
The latter offers interesting rock formations and caverns to explore, and all three are excellent places for tide pooling and beachcombing.
3. Paradise Cove Beach
Paradise Cove Beach is a small private-public beach nestled behind Malibu cliffs. The Paradises Cove Beach Cafe, which provides every amenity mostly sponsored the beach, but if you want to swim or surf, you may visit the beach free.
4. Venice Beach
Come to Venice Beach for the mile-and-a-half of silky sands where you can spread a blanket and gaze out into the Pacific.
It’s a bustling location for people looking for a little action on their beach day.
5. Carbon Beach (Billionaire’s Beach)
Carbon Beach is not a private beach, but it has the sense of one. You’ll see a few other people when you go behind the ultra-houses, rich’s but otherwise, this lengthy stretch of beach is about as isolated as Malibu gets.
There are few spots in Malibu that aren’t swamped with tourists, and this is one of them, so take advantage of it.
