Help those joining your Zoom meetings engage as much as is needed, wanted, and expected. Share how you will respond to questions as well as:

Live captioning

Zoom allows for on the go, automated captioning. This level of captioning can be helpful to participants, but does not meet the needs of those with a documented hearing impairment. If you anticipate needing accurate captioning provided by a human captioner, you will need to coordinate with Disability Services or Human Resources
