Download Blackboard Grade Center to Excel

Faculty members are required to keep a copy of their students’ grades. Blackboard can download the full Grade Center to Excel. See the steps below, or open the Download Blackboard Grade Center to Excel instructions with screenshots. 

1. From the Control Panel, select Grade Center, then Full Grade Center.

2. Click the Work Offline button

3. Select Download.

3. From the Download Grades screen, select what information you would like to download. 

   • It is recommended to keep the default settings to download the Full Grade Center, and click Submit. 

4. Click the Download button.

5. Make sure to save the downloaded file securely such as a . Open the downloaded file in Microsoft Excel.
