Follow the instructions below to resolve common ScreenPal issues.
You have created a recording with ScreenPal, but are not able to publish the recording. Make sure that you are off campus, on a network with no firewall. Then follow the steps below:
From the right side of the Windows taskbar, click to expand the system tray, right-click the ScreenPal icon, and select Quit.
Log out of screenpal.com (if are currently logged in applicable).
Log in to screenpal.com.
Navigate to this URL: https://screenpal.com/content/videos?fv=v1000.8899.2
Click the Create button, then select the desired desktop app tool.
Click Open, Allow, or Run as prompted to download and install or update the ScreenPal app.
Publish your previously recorded video.

Select Quit from the pop-up menu.
