Circa 1825-1826- Colonel John Williams House

The Colonel John Williams House was built around 1825-1826.

Location: 2333 (or 2325?) Dandridge Avenue, Knoxville

From the publication "The Future of Knoxville’s Past- Historic and Architectural Resources in Knoxville, Tennessee- Knoxville Historic Zoning Commission, October 2006," prepared by the Knoxville-Knox County Metropolitan Planning Commission:

“Williams (Col. John) House, 2325 Dandridge (1826). This two-story brick home was built by Colonel John Williams in the Federal style, the father of John C.J. Williams, builder of the Williams-Richards House on Riverside” (p. 20).

The above publication says that this house is located at 2325 Dandridge Avenue. However, the Knox County Property Assessor's Office says that the address is 2333 Dandridge Avenue. I'm not sure which one is correct.
