1810- Shannon Valley Drive House

Location: 4916 Murphy Rd., Knoxville

Some of the information for this place came from a PDF document, entitled "Historic Sites of Knox County, TN," on the Knox County GIS website.

Here is a screen shot that I saved from Google Maps. Below that is a picture that I took. Strangely, this does not look like a house from 1810; it looks like a modern home. It's really hard to tell, because of the trees and other vegetation around it. It could be an 1810 home with a more modern home built around it. Or there could be an 1810 home somewhere else on the property, and I just couldn't see it for all the trees and shrubs.
