The sign of OM is the sign of Hinduism. It is the first and foremost of all mantras.

The image of the human being is contained within the microscopic DNA strands of the fertilised egg in the womb. Morphogenetic consciousness ( brahmAn ) gave the image or blueprint which ultimately manifested itself as a particular form.
There is a connection between DNA and consciousness . The brain and the DNA are transducers for quantum information from the scalar field. True knowledge dawns in the consciousness and the second knot, the Vishnu Granthi, is undone, allowing energy to start to flow upward. Sounding the bija mantra YANG gives one control over air, prana and the breath. The bija mantra YANG is the sound form of the deity Vayu, the lord of the air/wind. When the Kundalini is raised up to the Sahasrara Chakra, the illusion of the ‘individual self’ is dissolved. Two or more beejas are sometimes combined. This results in greater diversity, in the energy of the mantra .

- Matsya represents movement of prana through Ida and Pingala nadis as a result of the practice of pranayamas. Ida and Pingala criss cross like the movement of fish ( fish tailing ) , which stands for matsya. They establish balance in the body for Kundalini, the serpent power to move in Sushumna nadi.
- Mudra is gesture/posture, and here it stands for Khechari mudra, where tongue is rolled up to touch the soft palette, which releases pranic energy to reach the bindu from where the nectar drips. Some tantrics also believe it to be dhanya, cereal.
- Mansa or meat is generally understood as offering meat - animal or human sacrifice but tantra is far away from such practices which inflict even slightest amount of pain to any being. Brihati : 4 padas (8 + 8 + 12 + 8) containing 36 syllables in each stanza.

Tristubh: 4 padas of 11 syllables containing 44 syllabes in each stanza
Jagati: 4 padas of 12 syllables containing 48 syllables in each stanza
CCC- The mantra has a particular Devata or supernatural being, higher or lower, as its informing power. This devata is the presiding deity of the Mantra. It is the wisdom that comes from a higher source and is like a single beam of sunlight. One beam that is singled out and given a name so that the disciple can develop a personal relationship with and worship on aspect of God of personal choice , that he can understand and experience.
DDD- The mantra has got a Beeja or seed. The seed is a significant word, or series of words, which gives a special power to the Mantra. The Beeja is the essence of the Mantra. This represents the sound string defined by the Seers as being the repository of auditory energy sources. The Beeja gives the mantra in which it is used, its special power of self-generation and effects. Just as within a seed is hidden within tree, so too, the energy of the mantra is resident in the seed on which it is based. This helps the mantra to manifest itself into spiritual consciousness.
EEE- Every mantra has got a Shakti. The power, the consciousness, within the mantra is 'Shakti' - the Divine Mother, the goddess of the spoken word. The male aspect of the God is energy in a state of equilibrium; the female aspect is the dynamic energy, which manifests as Creation. This energy is the source of creation of all living beings. FFF- The mantra has a Kilaka - pillar or pin. This plugs the Mantra-Chaitanya ( consciousness ) that is hidden in the Mantra. As soon as the plug is removed by constant and prolonged repetition of the Name, the Chaitanya that is hidden is revealed. The devotee gets Darshana of the Ishta Devata.
The power of the mantra takes on a self generating 'flywheel motion' ( rather domino effect ) , the Kilaka becomes a very fine thread joining the discipline to the mantra, to the power of the mantra, to the Guru and to the deity, until all are manifest as one.
Kilaka (Devanagari: ) means (1) a pin that holds separate papers together; (2) It can be like a bolt that is used to lock something which is guarded like a secret chamber or part; (3) It is the wedge between two members of the same thing. In mantra śāstra some mantra have a ‘kīlakam’ which can take either of the forms described above.
There is yet another meaning of the word kīlaka which is a pillar to which the cows are tied with a rope. The cow can move around within the circle created by the rope tied to the pillar. In mantra shastra, the praṇava OM is the natural kīlakam around which the mantra runs in circles.
The word utkilana is applied to some of the mantra where the kilakam is implied to be a bolt or lock which needs to be unlocked by the addition of a secret syllable.
Dasakari (ten-syllable Gopāla mantra) taught by Parasara to his astrology students- -
गोपिजन-वल्लभाय स्वाहा
gopijana-vallabhāya svāhā
However this mantra has a “double kilakakam”. It is used to tether the cows – implying the mind of the student (sadhaka).
Kīlakam (1) The pillar is the secret beeja mantra called kāma-bīja: क्लीं (klīṁ). Unless this is received from the mouth of the guru with the specific intention of working as a pillar for the dasaksari Gopala mantra, it does not act as a pillar and is just another sound. The mantra then is recited as –
क्लीं गोपिजन-वल्लभाय स्वाहा
klīṁ gopijana-vallabhāya svāhā
Kīlakam (2) However, if we were to recite the mantra as written above then it changes from dasaksari (ten syllable) to eleven syllable mantra due to the addition of the kāma bīja ‘klīṁ’ and will fail to give siddhi. The utkīlana or unlocking lies in the secret upadeśa of the लुप्त बीज (lupta bīja).
A shloka is a couplet or a verse that consists of two lines. A Purana contains many slokas, The shortest purana is the Markandeya Purana with 900,000 shlokas. The longest is the Skanda Purana, which is 8,100,000 shlokas. An average Purana has between 1.5 to 2 million shlokas.
The repetition of the Panchakshara Mantra - Om Namo Sivaya - produces the form of Lord Siva. The repetition of Om Namo Narayanaya, the Ashtakshara Mantra of Vishnu, produces the form of Vishnu.
The mental repetition of a mantra is termed Manasika Japa. Loud repetition is called Vaikhari Japa. The loud Japa shuts out all worldly sounds. Repetition in a whisper is termed Upamshu Japa.
Even mechanical repetition of Japa without any Bhava has a great purifying effect on the heart or the mind. The feeling will come later on when the process of mental purification goes on.
Take a bath before sitting for Japa. Face east or north during mantra chanting . This enhances the efficacy of the Japa. Sit on a deer skin or rug. Spread a piece of cloth over it. This conserves body-static electricity. Sit in a separate meditation room or in a temple, on a river bank or under a banyan / peepul tree.
Maintain a steady pose. Attain mastery of the posture. You must be able to sit in Padmasana, Siddhasana or Sukhasana for three hours at a stretch.
Do not allow the rudraksha mala to hang below the navel. Keep the hand near the heart or the nose. The mala must not be visible to you or to others. Cover it with a towel or handkerchief, which must be clean and washed daily. Use the middle finger and the thumb of the right to roll the beads. The use of the index finger is prohibited. Do not cross the meru while rolling the beads. Turn back when you come to it.
Do not do the Japa in a hurried manner. Do it slowly with feeling, one-pointedness of mind and single-minded devotion. Pronounce the Mantra distinctly and without any mistakes. Repeat it neither too slowly nor too fast. Increase the speed only when the mind wanders. Stand up when sleep tries to overpower you.
Try to associate the Japa with the rhythm of the breath . Keep a picture or idol of the Deity in front of you. Never mind the stupid people ( pricks really ) called rationalists , who think that all this is superstition.
Think of the meaning of the Mantra while repeating it. Regularity in Japa Sadhana is most essential if success is to be achieved. Sit in the same place and at the same time every day. Avoid distractions-and this means put the mobile phone to silent mode.

Tantric mantras are always followed or preceded by rituals, worship and prayers. Tantra has two methods. One is called vama marga or ‘left hand method’ and the other is called dakshina marga or the ‘right hand method’.

Tantra uses mediums of sounds (dhwani) in the form of mantras and diagrammatic representations of these sounds called yantras in specific procedures.

In a agnihotra homam—after each and every mantra , rice grains are tossed into the sacred fire uttering the potent word SWAHA – please accept my offering.
"Swaha" of "Svaha" is a grateful tribute to the devas (gods and goddess) requesting their blessings, empowerment etc .
So for a general purpose when we just wish to chant a mantra to please god we use Namah - means I bow to you O lord.
When we do chanting for removing some negativity or to get a boon from god we use the word Swaha. With swaha mantra you have to sacrifice something.
So for example if we chant Shani mantra as “Om Sri Shanaishwaraya Namaha” , it will be for general purpose.
If we say “Om Sri Shanaishwaraya Swaha”, it has to be chanted with proper rituals and will work to remove any problem given by Saturn .

Hi captain,
This is proof that, the society the lord ######## represents, wants slave labour in India. India currently has one of the easiest labour laws in the world.
Indian companies making acquisitions in Europe realize the hard way that it is difficult to continue maintaining factories in europe due to tough labour laws. These Indian industrialists finally close those factories and leave those countries with a cleaned out bank avcount as they have to pay lot of benefits to these foreign workers.
And European lawmakers are intent on cleaning out the bank accounts of Indian industialists because afterall they are bloody Indians.
By the way pickpockets and thieves in Europe specifically target Indian and Chinese tourists.
Even factory accidents causing death and grave injuries are taken lightly and our citizens do not complain - they work and continue to work.
It is the banks that have screwed up manufacturing in India - by auctioning off good manufacturing companies as scrap by declaring them as NPAs ( thry specifically target strategic ones ), Some of the top rankers from IITs and IIMs are hired by banks and their brains are drained in exchange for big paypackets which they are sure to publicise in all newspapers. The top rankers are in a competition to obtain the highest salaries from these banks.
Manmohan singh , while singing the rothschild tune, has frozen coal and ores in India, which means that coal and ore can be exported but not used by Indian mnufacturing companies. Companies like Infosys have also stolen mechanical, electrical, chemical and other manufacturing engineers to do sweatshop coding and to bench them, if they cant find them work to do(no work full salary)
Lord desh drohi desai has a gift from Indians who are simply irritated by seeing his face - a garland of slippers.

Hello Capt today i recieved my mothers blood report i was surprised to see that she has diabetes i. e her sugar level was 538 ,she has high blood pressure i checked yesterday & today it was 142 range and capt she feels dizziness also we all are very tensed how to go about this situation .Capt is there any ayurvedic centre whom we can trust in mumbai It would be really helpful if u could help me & one more thing capt i would like to thank you for your awesome work because of ur blog i feel very much enlightened.

33 million gods are the creations of the white invader.
Slokas are mere verses ( in any language ) and are NOT divine revelations .
Mantras ( in Sanskrit alone ) were revealed to ancient seer maharishis with 12 strand DNA—this means NO mantras have been written after 2000 BC—adi shankaracharya was the last..
Mantras can be uttered without knowing their meaning- but must be correctly uttered by meter with correct pronounciation, for beneficial vibrations . Mantras are repeated , mostly 108 times for full effect.
Sloka chanting requires understanding of their meaning –and can be in any Indian language. However Sanskrit shlokas are more potent.
OM is a mantra by itself.
Pavamana Mantra, was part of my schoolpray.

Dear Captain,
Saw a discussion on TV that NaMo must need be provided PM-level security. I second the opinion.
There are way too many contenders for the top post even within BJP, who would like to replace him ASAP. NaMo must realize this. That basically explains the ongoing squabbling in the top rungs of BJP. Inherently, few of the guys would rather sabotage his candidature for the top post...
Having said that...
The main reason I write ... arising purely out of common sense... NaMo must fortify the security apparatus around him. Especially when he goes out in remote areas for election rallies. Esp. naxalite prone areas within a periphery of a few hundred kilometers from the actual rally site.
There must be ample security for any ground and esp. air-borne attacks. Before, during and after his rallies.
The security apparatus must ensure this. Otherwise it is best to cancel the rally till there is change of guard at the Centre.
My humble piece of gut advice to the powers that be...

I have been in U.S. since past few years.
I have seen many Evangelical Christians, Church Fathers, Staunch group of Republicans, Members of Pro-life Movement etc speaking against abortion and keep telling that it is sin to kill unborn child.
They pressurize women to give birth to a child even if she is not married and does not have the ability to raise the child well as a single parent.i
The girl should get some Child Support from the boy who is the father of her child.
The girl may also get support from Govt.
A child has to be raised in a happy family where the child should have mother and father.
Apart from getting good grades in school the child should be taught values, discipline, manners, respecting elders, staying away from evil people etc.
The child should have empathy and sympathy also.
It is very important that the child is raised well by both mother and father.
Sir, If the girl is single and does not have ability to raise a child out of marriage why Evangelical Christians are hell bent to see to that the girl will not go for abortion but give birth to the child?
Now Christian Missionaries are doing the same thing in India. They are brainwashing girls who become pregnant out of wed lock to give birth to the child and put the child in orphanage.

1) Do not use swaha in invoking Wrathful gods. What will happen if we use swaha in wrathful gods like Badrakali, Narasimha , Veerabadra etc.
2) If i use svaha instead of namah in Om Namah Shivaya( i have never seen or heard anyone doing that), i will be invoking Lord Shiva, instead of praising him? Will it be good or bad for me?

where the time of hanging is penned down as 23rd march 1931- lahore jail at 1930 hrs.

BHAGAT SINGH WAS KILLED WITH BULLETS .
there was no white magistrate to supervise his hanging on that date and time as a large angry crows was all around the jail perimeter with torches and fires.
there was NO live or dead body of bhagat singh and his 2 colleagues at that time within the jail perimeter walls .
the crowd collected only because it was reported that the wall behind the jail was breached and hastily repaired.
bhagat singh's dead body was DOUSED IN KEROSENE AND SET ON FIRE-- contrary to the tenets of his religion.
as is required by british law , no POST MORTEM was done . their bodies not handed over to their relatives for last rituals but instead the gory charred remains were chopped up and thrown into the sutlej river. there were witnesses of even dogs refusing to eat some of these floating remains on the river banks.
In the 29 March 1931 issue of Young India, ILLUMINATI and Rothschild stooge Gandhi wrote:

i hope everybody is aware of that our very own ‘genius – five times world champion and undisputed world champion from 2007 to 2013 – viswanathan anand’ is no longer a world champion now.
43 years old viswanathan anand who in the past defeated greats like vladimir kramnik (vladimir kramnik - only player in the world history who managed to defeat - the undisputed champion of all time - gary kasparov in a world championship match ), veselin topalov, boris gelfand just got defeated by a 23 year old youngster, first time world title contender-magnus carlsen and that too in his own den, in chennai, in his own country bharat. he not only got checkmated but got decimated completely (read scoreline : 3-0), for the first time in his 25 years long career - couldn’t win even a single game in a world title match – so what was literally impossible – just happened.
therefore, the lesson is – never ever, read very-very carefully, never ever underestimate any of your opponent any day any time however small, bad or strange he/she may be.
and remember – in chess, when the game is in last stages, you know who surrounds and checkmates the king most of the times – you know, who – not the most dangerous queen – who can move anywhere and everywhere at will, not a knight – who can make cunning moves and not the almighty, all strong – rook but the most un-important, weakest or let’s say the simplest who can move only one step at a time that too in only one direction – you know, who – you know, who – now, you guessed it right, yes – the pawn.

And if a particular diety needs a particular bead mala.
Eg do shiv mantras need to b said on rudrakshas or vishnu mantras on tulsi beads?

Conch shell mala is used by tantrics.
Quartz sphatik mala is the best for shakti / devi
Rudraksha mala can be used for ALL ( default )—except for vamachara( maran/yakshini siddhi)
Rudrakkhsa mala is 108+1, 54+1 , 27+ 1. Plus one is sumeru.

avoid chair pressure behind your thigh -- say 4 to 8 inches above the knee joint.
our village charpoy 4 poster rope woven beds -- would exert this type of pressure while sitting on it -- and induce you to lie down go to sleep.
