Broccoli Power!

A substance found in broccoli may limit the damage which leads to serious lung disease, research suggests.

2 cups Broccoli

1 Red Bell Pepper

4 ribs Celery

1 Cucumber

2 Heads Romaine Lettuce

(You can add the following for better taste:)

1 inch Ginger Root

1 Apple

The Healing Power of Broccoli!

If you don't like to eat it cooked, steamed or fried, it's perfectly good to juice it, and the taste is nowhere near what it tastes like when you cook it. And don't forget to juice those stems...they are sweet and full of nutrients.

1 cup Broccoli (chopped)

2 Apples

1 inch fresh Ginger Root

2 cups Spinach

8 ribs Celery

1 Lime
