Chlorophyll is Almost Identical to Our Human Blood!

If we could only really 'believe' that chlorophyll can help cleanse and regenerate our organs, tissues, glands of our bodies we would be drinking it daily!

I am here to give you confidence that it sure did for me and I know it can do it for you too. After teaching this exclusively for over 65 years, I can't tell you how many people have experienced this.

To me, it's the TELL ALL BE ALL....And even if you do NOTHING to change your diet, but juice this tonic or similar (1 liter) everyday, you will notice huge differences.

Here's a CLASSIC Tonic that is rich in Chlorophyll: (blended or juiced, but juiced will have better absorption)

3 cups Parsley

3 cups Spinach

8 ribs Celery

1 Cucumber

1 inch Ginger Root

1 Lemon with Peel (organic only)

1 Apple

Monday's Energy "Green" Tonic!

This is a good STARTER Green Tonic. Why do we stay starter? Because almost every person always has some kind of digestive challenges once we start to juice these powerhouse greens. We either get rumblings in our tummy, or we lose what's in our large colon by way of diarrhea or flatulence or loose stools.

Also, if you haven't JUICED any dark greens for approximately 30 to 60 days, you have to consider yourself a new 'juicing' person. Our intestines will react almost the same way as a beginner's would, so please try to be patient and remember this. Because if you don't, you will not understand why your gut is acting strangely. I've seen this happen to my own wife, Linda. She just recently tested her body to see what it was like to be away from juicing for 60 days. It was hard, she said because she had to watch me drink juice everyday! But she is writing a blog about it soon. Once she came back to juicing, her gut was acting like she hadn't juiced in years!

So, I would like to please ask you to be patient. This usually only lasts 24 hours, max 48 hours. Initially it can be challenging, but you will quickly get over this initial challenge and feel wonderful as the days progress.

The key is to continue to juice, but if you have severe digestive disorders such as diarrhea, we suggest you consult your doctor or you may want to continue to juice, but lighten up on the dark leafy greens but continue with juicing carrots and spinach. Spinach has HEALING qualities whereby it can actually help with calming down diarrhea, and especially when you add fresh Ginger Root into the tonic.

Here's our BASIC GREEN Tonic!

2 Cucumbers (or 1 large Hothouse Cucumber)

1 Apple

3 ribs Celery

1 cup Spinach

1 Lime without skin unless certified organic

1/2 in fresh Ginger Root

Try this on YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS! It may look powerfully green but it tastes delicious and shouldn't cause too much tummy disturbances.

And the reason why it causes tummy disturbances is because the juices are doing their job! They are cleansing, cleaning the debris and hydrating the small and large intestines, bringing in powerful nutrients to help rebuild a strong immune system.
