The Endless Benefits of Juicing Bell Peppers!

The tonic I am going to share with you this Sunday is a real classic Juice Therapy Recipe.

But why should we juice Bell Peppers?

1. They are exceptionally high in Vitamin C (sometimes more than citrus)

2. They are anti-cancer

3. They are very good at keeping our Optic Nerve healthy

4. They help with preventing Macular Degeneration

5. They aid in good digestion

6. High in keeping our System balanced Alkaline wise

7. Helps keep our Sinuses healthy

8. High in Pro Vitamin A

9. Helps Lowering Blood Pressure ~ good for our cardiovascular system

10.Aids in killing parasites, visible and microscopic

And so many more...Try to educate yourself and your family with the Pepper Family. I personally eat about 7 peppers a week, either in our salads or in living soups or in my juices. I DON'T recommend Green Bell Peppers. They are actually 'unripened' Red Bell Peppers.

Here's our Tonic: (serves 2 - Organic Please - Juice)

4 Bell Peppers (Red, Orange, Purple or Yellow)

1 Jalapeno Pepper (remove seeds)

8 Carrots

1 inch fresh Ginger Root

6 Ribs Celery

1 Lime or Lemon with skin (must be organic, and if not, then peel)

This is a BEAUTIFUL colored Tonic and it's quite delicious. I don't recommend you juicing this for children under 8 years old as the heat in the peppers can sting/irritate the esophagus.
