Incontinence Anybody?

It's an ugly word, but somebody's got to have an answer to it.

Most of our family here on Facebook are young! But if you have parents or grandparents that suffer from this, I do believe I have a good solution that has recently worked for me 100%!

It's a sensitive subject, but as you know, my life is dedicated to sharing knowledge that WORKS WITHOUT COMPROMISING our vital health by taking prescription drugs, that ultimately don't CURE anything and mostly cause more troubles than had we not even taken them in the beginning!

Since I'll be 91 here in a few weeks, I know that I can't liver forever. However, quality of life is PRECIOUS when we age, and sometimes even I have to tweak my own personal regimes in order to adjust to the aging of my body. I did have bladder cancer in 1948, so I know that my bladder was scarred as a result, so I have to be careful in that area. We ALL have sensitive areas in our body, and especially if someone has had cancer before, these organs have a tendency to be vulnerable.

As a result I suffered a little bout with it lately, and I couldn't figure out what was wrong. I then realized I had been eating more cooked foods than ever before because we had a lot of family birthdays we had been celebrating recently. Seems like they're all bunched up around May through July. So there you have it!

Linda decided to put me on a 3 day green juice fast, combined with our Rainbow Tonic in between my green juices. (RAINBOW TONIC shown below) By the end of the third day, I was 100% cured.

As long as I stay completely 80% raw and 20% cooked (NO SUGAR) I'll be fine. And since it's summertime, I can go 100% raw easily as Linda loves to go raw during this time of year as well.

Here's it is! (recipe for 1 - juice twice a day)

Bladder Lover's Tonic (part 1)

1 large Cucumber

10 ribs Celery

1 inch fresh Ginger Root

5 cups Spinach

2 cups Parsley.

2 Limes (with skin if organic)

Here's the other RAINBOW Tonic (recipe for 1 - juice once a day)

Bladder Lover's Tonic (part 2)

1 medium sized Beet

8 Carrots

1 large Lemon.

1 Red Bell Pepper

2 Green Zucchini

2 cloves Garlic

1 inch fresh Turmeric

Drink (3) total of these tonics daily for three days. No sugary foods, or cooked foods allowed. Salads and fresh WATERMELON DAILY as much as you can eat is important. However, do 'NOT' eat the watermelon at the same time you are drinking the juice.

Wait 30 minutes before consuming any fruits after juicing or eating, ok?
