Green Juices: The Kings of Cleansing!

The fastest, quickest and most effective way to change and transform your "Thinking" and your "Health" is by choosing fresh, green juices to drink on a daily basis.

This is something I can say, after teaching for 65 years, this is absolutely true, after witnessing thousands upon thousands of witnesses sharing their experiences with us.

And....the "More Variety" the Better!

This chart will show you just what you can choose to get started.

I recommend using 7 different fresh Organic Greens weekly. I wrote a post a month or so ago, showing 20 different greens so I recommend you use this as well as this attached chart.

Here's our SUNDAY GET UP AND GO 'GREEN' TONIC!

It tastes fantastic.....and if your children or spouse turns a deaf ear, put the juices in a dark glass (like a dark blue glass so they can't see the color. Also with children if you put them into a thermos that is stainless steel - they won't be able to see the color and when they say they 'like' it....now you've got them!

(serves 2 - organic please)

8 large Romaine Leaves (dark)

3 large Collard or Rainbow Chard Leaves

1 inch fresh Ginger Root

2 Apples (Golden Delicious preferred)

2 cups packed Parsley

1 Lime with skin

If you are not used to drink straight greens, just know your tummy may gurgle a bit, and your bowels may become loose but not to worry, they are just doing their job! If you add a beet to this tonic, the cleansing capabilities of this tonic go through the roof,but I wouldn't recommend it for first time juicing because beets are powerful and children may experience a bit of digestive disruptions as a result. I don't recommend this tonic for any child under 5 years old.) But those spouses out there....they could use it!

Foods & Juices for a NEW LEAN YOU!

There's nothing like fresh, raw natural fruits and vegetables. I like these foods listed here, and I would also include Coconut oil along with the organic, fresh pressed olive oil.

This tonic will help detoxify and cleanse our system. It's a JUICE, not a blended tonic. JUICES penetrate into our intestinal wall, then into our liver to reach our 60 trillion cells.

3 cups Spinach

1 cup Cilantro or Parsley

2 Cucumbers

4 ribs Celery

1 Lemon or 2 Limes without skin (unless organic)

1 inch fresh Ginger Root

1 Apple (if you need it for sweetness)
