Fennel

Fennel seeds (‘Saunf’ in Hindi) have multiple health benefits:

-Eating fennel seeds after meals aids digestion and removes bad breath

-For relieving acidity, boil 1 tsp of fennel seeds in water. Strain it and drink the water

-To treat diarrhoea, take 2 tsp of roasted fennel seeds 3-4 times in a day

-For treating nausea, boil fennel seeds and mint leaves in water. Strain it and drink the water 3 times in a day
