Lower Blood Pressure Naturally!
Here are some great ways to lower BP:
1. Lose weight.
2. Eat a diet rich in the following foods:
Oats, tofu, garlic, cucumbers, apples, almonds, avocados, figs, spinach, baked potatoes, plain rice, extra virgin olive oil.
3. Exercise 4 times a week for 20 minutes per session
4. Juice the following* 3 to 4 times a week (24 ounces to 1 liter)

5 Radishes
1 head Romaine Lettuce
1 Apple
1 inch Fresh Ginger Root
1 Lemon or Lime (without skin unless Organic)
