Friday's Living Soup!

Linda wanted to share a good living food soup that is great for those of you who are on a cleansing diet, or on a juice feast with just a bit of blended foods here and there. It's fantastic for our heart, our skin and our digestion.

Avocado Green Energy Soup

In your blender:

2 Haas (ripe) Avocados

2 cloves garlic (peeled)

1/2 inch fresh Ginger Root

1/2 Cucumber

1 cup Spinach

Juice from 2 Limes

1/2 cup Cilantro

Salt to taste (or just use on top)

1/4 Jalapeno Pepper

1 cup purified Water

Blend until you have reached the desired consistency.

Topping: Chopped Green onions, Red Pepper Flakes and Celtic Sea salt & Pepper
