Obituary: "MUDGWAY, George Edward. (Veteran 1914-18 War. No. 61715). On June 30, 1966, at his residence, 7 Matene Street, Otaki (late of Manukau), (suddenly), dearly beloved husband of Mollie Mudgway and loved father of Christine (Mrs. Bowater, Palmerston North), and Natalie (Mrs. Revell, Bell Block, New Plymouth), and loved granddad of Jocelyn Angennla, Judith, Wendy, Jamela, and Grant. Aged 72. Service at All Saints Anglican Church, Otaki, on Saturday, July 2, 1966, at 11 a.m., thereafter at Otaki Lawn Cemetery." (Source: unknown)
