Kristy Higgins, 11-year-old daughter of Brenda Flood and Rick Higgins was the lucky winner of the 10-speed mountain bike in the Lodge Ratolest No. 196 WFLA Annual Bicycle Giveaway held Oct. 31. Presenting the bike is Ed Ullerich, president of the lodge.
