After the arrival of EUBookshop’s publications to our School, we should celebrate it! And what it would be better than designing some activities from these books! Lucky pupils, bright smiles and knowledge about European Union! These lucky pupils were from Grade 6 who answered to some basic questions about Europe from the publication “Let’s explore Europe!” and tried to find out more about EU facts and figures. Also, pupils from Grade 8 read about how the EU takes decisions from the same publication. You can have a look at each of these activities here. At today’s Greek lesson, pupils tested their translation skills by playing! I wrote at the blackboard words from all of our lessons (first words, numbers, food, colours) and they tried to translate the words in Slovak. At the end they had to make short sentences with these words. I believe that they had a great time and they enjoyed a lot this activity! It is a recommended one – definitely ;)
