Abstract:

The biggest hurdles to addressing global challenges (or other complex problems) are neither technological nor economic, they are political and require a change in the nature of leadership. Richard opens a conversation on a *system* of leadership anchored in how value is conceived and how viable organisations are structured sustainably to deliver social value without harm to its people, the public and the environment.
