Dæmi um fyrirvara í tölvupósti
Hér gefur að líta fylgiskjal með verkefni um gildi fyrirvara í samskiptasendingum og vernd rafrænna fjarskipta. Neðangreindum tölvupóstsfyrirvörum var safnað saman á tímabilinu frá 1. maí til 1. september 2005. Þeir eru ýmist fengnir úr tölvupóstskeytum eða af vefsvæðum á Netinu. Á fyrstu blaðsíðunum eru sýnd dæmi um fyrirvara ýmissra þekktra aðila, en neðar er að finna samansafn erlendra fyrirvara, sem höfundur hefur rekist á við rannsóknir sínar.

Vinsamlegast athugið að þessi tölvupóstur og viðhengi hans eru eingöngu ætluð þeim sem tölvupósturinn er stílaður á og gætu innihaldið upplýsingar sem eru trúnaðarmál. Hafið þér fyrir tilviljun, mistök eða án sérstakrar heimildar tekið við tölvupósti þessum og viðhengjum hans biðjum við yður að fara eftir 5. mgr. 47. gr. laga um fjarskipti nr. 81/2003 og gæta fyllsta trúnaðar, hvorki lesa efni þeirra né skrá þau hjá yður né notfæra yður þau á nokkurn hátt og tilkynna okkur samstundis að þau hafi ranglega borist yður. Brot gegn þessu varða bótaábyrgð og refsingu skv. 74. gr. laganna.

Þessi tölvupóstur og viðhengi gæti innihaldið trúnaðarupplýsingar og/eða einkamál og er eingöngu ætlaður þeim sem hann er stílaður á. Efni hans og innihald er á ábyrgð þess starfsmanns sem sendir hann ef það tengist ekki starfsemi Íslandsbanka.
Ef sending þessi hefur ranglega borist yður vinsamlega gætið fyllsta trúnaðar, tilkynnið sendanda og eyðileggið sendinguna eins og skylt er skv. 47. gr. laga nr. 81/2003 um fjarskipti.

Tölvupóstur þessi og viðhengi hans kunna að innihalda trúnaðarupplýsingar. Ef þú ert ekki réttur viðtakandi, er þess óskað að þú gætir fyllsta trúnaðar og leyndar, hvorki lesi, skrái, afriti né notfæri þér tölvupóstinn eða viðhengi hans á nokkurn hátt, eins og þér er skylt skv. 2. mgr. 44. gr., sbr. 57. gr. laga nr. 107/1999 um fjarskipti. Jafnframt er farið fram á að þú tilkynnir til sendanda um móttöku tölvupóstsins eins fljótt og verða má, með því að endursenda tölvupóstinn eða með sjálfstæðum tölvupósti. Loks er þess óskað að þú eyðir tölvupósti þessum, viðhengjum hans og afritum ef um þau er að ræða. Efni tölvupóstsins og viðhengja er á ábyrgð sendanda ef það tengist ekki starfsemi Lyfju hf.
