In light of our experience in creating a dual degree program for law students at Stetson University College of Law and the University of Granada in Granada, Spain, this program will focus on how to negotiate a dual degree agreement with a foreign institution. Specifically, the program will touch on building relationships with foriegn law schools, exploring co-curricular options, developing a dual degree program of studies, and coming to agreement on the use of institutional resources, student housing, tuition, and other non-curricular matters.
