1
You Creator He is a warrior (defender)
In peace he dwells
you lead him
In peace he is walking
2
Your people have always belonged to you
from the ages of ages
(for a long time)
the banks of the river
a multitude was standing there on them
They trembled with fear
3
There was a barrier of water ahead of them
close behind them
their enemies were approaching them
4
And so the water listened
as you spoke, Creator
The water obeyed
the water divided (split)
5
Same thing also the river of Jordan
There was a barrier of water
also there the river went dry
6
You will be my keeper
remaining you are my Creator
Never therefore for all time
Anything will I fear
