A Message from your Aeroplan Bargaining Committee

Your Bargaining Committee has been in discussions with the Company regarding the monitoring and measurement process and the weekly coaching sessions for the past year.

We are pleased to announce that both parties have agreed on a new coaching alternative that addresses our concerns while meeting the Company's objectives.

A joint monitoring and measurement committee has been formed comprised of both Union and Company representatives which will review processes and discuss ongoing issues that may occur. The objective of this joint process will be to take the Contact Centres from transaction based to sales based operations.

The introduction of this process will commence on May 10th through May 20th on a trial basis.
