A message from your Bargaining Committee.
The Bargaining Committee would like the membership to forward all concerns and queries with respect to the new QCM (Quality Call Centre Management) to your district office. This will give us the opportunity to clarify and communicate all your concerns. We clearly understand how you feel and are working hard to keep you informed. The Bargaining Committee will be sending you a survey during the month of
September. We will be using this information from our member's responses in order to address the multitude of issues that have been brought to our attention. Your participation in filling out this survey is greatly appreciated and crucial for us to deliver a clear and strong message to the Company to voice your concerns with respect to the direction the Company has chosen to pursue.
We do require your assistance in order to compile the issues and bring forward to the next Union Management Headquarters Meeting (UMHQ). We have addresssed on your behalf on how coaching only causes high levels of anxiety and stress to the Membership.
