December 24th & December 31st
On both of these days, the Contact Centres will close at 17:00 local time. The process on how shift ending later then 17:00 will be modified will be communicated locally.
December 25th & January 1st
On both of these days, the contact Centres will operate from 9:00 to 17:00 local time. The process on how requirement for the stat holiday will be filled will be communicated locally.
*On all other days we will operate under normal hours.
30 Minute Paid Lunch
Note that all shifts between December 24th and January 2nd will be adjusted to reflect the 30 minute paid lunch period. The process on how it will be reflected in agent webstation will be communicated locally.
