Hello and Happy New Year everyone. I can not confirm 100 % but I will let you know the OAL arbitration most likely will be February 22. I understand everyone is anxious to get on with this especially now that a year has past. I will confirm when this is definite.

The phones are busy and the company has decided to step up the monitoring and micro management and NR times are being monitored full time by the console. Please continue to work how you always have if you feel pressured by anyone at the console please let the union know about it.

There is an expectation by the company to be signed in and ready to work at the start time of your shift. The system will not allow you to sign in to the phones first and as a result it can take 4-5 minutes to log in. You should not be expected to flex that 4-5 minutes. If your total view shows AX or MA and you call the console to have it reversed and if they will not, please report this to the union. You are squeezed for every minute you are here by this company so please remember to call the console for every minute they owe you. Including overtime even if it is 1 minute.

Its a New Year and it's busy on the floor right now and the calls are challenging. Im baffled why this company would choose to micro manage at this busy time of year.
