I’m Chelsea Soan, and I am incredibly proud to serve as your Union Representative for the YVR Aeroplan Call Centre for a second term.

Having spent the last 10 years on the phones and working alongside all of you, I know firsthand the unique daily pressures of our operation. I stepped into this role because I believe every agent deserves a workplace rooted in fairness and respect. My priority is ensuring your voice is heard and our collective agreement is upheld, whether you are working on-site or from home.

When I’m off the headset, my world revolves around spending quality time with my family, friends and traveling. Exploring new destinations keeps my passion for the airline industry alive, but there is nothing better than coming home to the people who matter most.
