Randy Folkeringa passed away on Thursday, July 15th. For those able to attend, his funeral will be on Wed. at 1:30pm at Willingdon Church in Burnaby.

Hello Everyone, July 15 2010.

Jane and I just returned from YUL and our UMHQ meetings with the company.We plowed thru many issues the high lights were the Speech Analytics Monitoring and LOU 11 violations. The Company did state they were moving away from scripted call flows to a more sales driven format for call centre agents. There was some concern about the mention of monetary rewards for agents in the recent roll out sessions. We did seek clarification on this and by August there will be a new program similar to what we had with AC. If both offices meet the 2 targets set by the Company there could be an additional $ 150.00 on everybodys paycheques. It would apply to everyone not just the top performers.

We did discuss the level of stress you all are feeling over the constant coaching, the Company did acknowledge this exists. If you are meeting with your CSM more than once a week please come to see us at the union office. If you are meeting all the office standards and coaching meetings are happening more than once a month please come and see us.

We discussed the problems that have existed with Hewitt and an expidited payment plan if you do encounter pay problems.
