I would like to point out a couple of areas you must keep an eye on.

If you notice a payroll discrepancy please make sure you call Hewitt to question it. There have been several instances where mistakes or even clawbacks have happened with no explanation for you. We have raised this issue with the Company.

Overtime, confused well your not alone just a reminder the new procedure is.. most senior, least accumulated. If you feel it has not been awarded fairly please bring this issue to the attention of the union. Some mistakes have been made, we will get it rectified. It will take some effort on your part to be aware of your entitlement, but we will follow up if you perceive you have been bypassed.

A reminder all pension questions should now be directed through Alenka. She is scheduled to attend pension meetings and training over the next few weeks. Email: Alenka.pensions@gmail.com.

Finally there will be alot of training in the office in the up coming weeks. Supports will be put through the riggors as well OJT on phones and a new hire class starting March 29th. Please be patient with each other as well try to respect the fact not everyone will be at the same level as perhaps you may be. As well please work at a pace that YOU can handel, take time to do your job to the best of your ability in the end you need to manage your performance not some external pressure.
