As the Holiday Season is fast approaching, the company has decided to extend the current schedule until January 30th, 2010.
Be advised that the company will be modifying all the shifts to reflect the new 08:00 hours/day shifts (including Lunch) to take effect December 24th, 2009.
In the next few days, the Manpower Team will be working at imputing your schedules.
The remaining schedule till January 30th, 2010 will appear in Total View once the lunch modification has been completed.
The Company and the CAW will meet in the next few weeks to prepare a new Shift Survey that will be sent to all the Contact Centre employees.
On this survey, you will be asked to select the type of schedule you would like to work on (i.e.: 5x2, 4x3, 6x3, 4x2 and 5x3).
Once the surveys have been received, the Company and the CAW will work together at creating your new Schedules that will be in effect as of January 31st, 2010.
The shift bid will not take place during the Holiday Season.
