*****Shifts Update******

Hello everyone,

Shift bid this week, I feel it is important to point out the major obstacle your committee was faced with. The Company has changed their requirements and focused heavily on evenings. The business is there to support this. You will find you may not get exactly what you anticipated. The commitee worked very hard to soften the impact of the Company's requirement.

In the end the requirement had to be met.

The overtime policy was discussed at the UMHQ. The Company will respond this week on the way we will hire overtime moving forward.
