Hello everyone, July 25 2011.

I hope your all having a great summer despite the patchy weather. We had our UMHQ meeting in YUL.The topics we discussed were, QCM, web work, Pension, waiving fees for employees for points use, cell phone policy, HR procedures, mandatory retirement and our new payroll provider.

I will post the minutes from the meeting when they are made available.

The OAL pass issue has a set date to arbritrate, 31 August. Our past president Leslie Dias has prepared a solid argument. I will try to attend this hearing in late August.

We are looking at new shifts in September/October will post exact timelines when the company provides this info.

Fall ellections for DC/VC and Health and safety

in September.
