Hello everyone, April 5th, 2012.

Yesterday we had our quarterly Union Management Headquater Meeting. The key topics were our Pension, QCM, Training and support for employees, Payroll Issues and Office practises. The Company items were the new hardware Phones, Real time credit card auths and future applications for QCM. I will post the minutes when we recieve them.

The OAL pass issue is very near to a resolution and we strongly believe it will be favourable. Leslie Dias has a meeting with Air Canada and will update us after that meeting. We will have a conference call with our pension committee to prepare an update for you, so expect that in recent weeks.

I would like to have a Membership Union Open House, May 3rd 2012. It will be a busy year and I'm sure you all have alot of questions around Destination Miles and Bargaining to commence in the fall.
