We recieved a small reprive from the I-finder madness the company imposed on us through the holidays.Unfortunately it will only be short term. What it does do is support everything that you have been saying about this imperfect process.

Hopefully things will improve once they re-introduce this. Jane and I are scheduled to go to YUL next Wednesday to present our I-finder grievance.At that time we hope to have a clear understanding of what the company is trying to accomplish with I-finder.

We will communicate the outcome of this meeting to you when we return. I would like to thank all of you who sent through your comments as it was essential for us in writing our grievance.

The Health and Saftey Committee has spent the last two days compiling your surveys. This information will be used to support the continued concern of the ergonomics of your work stations and the effect it is having on you.
