Hello Everyone,
A quick update for you,
The OAL Issue, for those that have not heard AC changed their position on the pass agreement they had made with the CAW. The CAT.2 employee upon reaching 25years or factor 80, AC would retire the employee on their travel chip and by doing so they would receive OAL privledges. Air Canada is now saying they never agreed to this, a complete fabrication on their part. We had these facts clarified by AC back in June 09. We will fight on to get this resolved, important decisions were made in 2009 based on these facts.
The Union courses I believed have been very well received, I have enjoyed the opportunity to attend almost all of these and get the chance to talk to all of you.

I understand we did not receive the performance bonus this pay period and I have to say we controll very little sometimes and this is why your union supports real wage increase over performance bonus. I
