1. Pregnancy is always a health risk whether it's physical or mental. It seems like a woman has the right to choose the right balance between protecting their own health and the health of their unborn child.

2. I've encountered multiple women who had serious remorse about having an abortion. Perhaps it would be good to at least strongly encourage some education before going through with it -- I think some states do this.
