STEAMED LONG GRAIN RICE

Ingredient Amount

Long grained Chinese rice 10 Cups

Water 10 Cups

Method

1. Place rice in 2-inch hotel pan. Rinse rice several times in cold water until water runs clear.

2. Add water to cover rice by ¼ inch

3. Cook in steamer or Rice cooker for 25 minutes

4. Remove from steamer and allow to rest for 10 minutes, fluff with large fork.

5. Cover with plastic wrap. Hold warm until service.
