Ingredient Amount
Smoked bean curd, julienne 2 pk. (8 oz.)
Celery, thin bias cut 2 bunch
(cut celery same length as julienne bean curd)
NOTE: Do Not Peel Celery
Sauce
Salt 1 tsp.
Sugar 1 Tbsp.
Soy sauce 1/2 Cup
Sesame oil 2 Tbsp.
Ginger, minced 2 tsp.
Garlic, minced 2 tsp.
Scallions, minced 4 Tbsp.
Method
1. Cut bean curd and celery as directed, uniformity of cut is important
2. Combine sauce ingredients and mix well. Toss cut bean curd and celery with sauce.
